'Spanish Guitar' by Christian

This was taken walking around Barcelona in 2005. This guy was a very impressive guitarist and was relaxing to have playing in the background whilst he watched the world go by.

'The White Isle' by Jake Hall

I took this photo while sat outside Cafe Mambo in Ibiza. I was drinking an ice cold San Miguel, and Maxi Jazz was playing live about a hundred yards from me. As the sun dropped Insomnia was being played.

'Scott Monument' by Matt Wood

This is of the Scott Monument on Princes Street, Edinburgh. It was taken on an utterly amazing holiday up there with a few mates in February 2007, for which we rented a lodge in Musselburgh and took in the sights and sounds of Edinburgh including the famous Royal Mile.

Right place, right time with the sunset, I just had to capture it.

'A Daily Walk' by Jake Hall

'Spider' by Gareth Alan Jones

I was on Fraser Island and on the island there is a creek which leads through to a forestry area where it provided shade from the direct sun. As we were walking through I saw this huge web in front of us which blocked us going further, I wasnt freaked out in any sense but I just looked at the fact that there was this giant Spider and then if you look closesly you can see this tiny one on the left. Not to mention the web which again makes the background look beautiful

'4x4' by Gareth Alan Jones

This photo I actually quickly took as I was driving this 4x4, I literally picked the camera up and pressed the button and then put it down, once I went through the photos I was surprised how well it had actually turned out. Pacific Ocean on the right, streams of fresh water flowing down joining the sea,´the vehicle had air gaps underneath were the pedals were, and each time we drove over them fresh water streams the water sprayed through the bottom of the vehicle cooling my feet :)

'Tower Bridge' by Kate Hughes

A view from underneath the Bridge...Slightly off centre but the colour of the sky is almost unbelievable for me!

'Footsteps To The Ocean' by Gareth Alan Jones

Here are my size 9's walking towards the ocean, then pulling away as the tide came back in (due to blue jellyfish) I do like this photo. I had a lot of things on my mind when I arrived on Fraser Island , when I left 3 days later them things had disappeared when I realised how beautiful it was

'Countdown' by Huw Griffiths

I woke up full of the usual dread of a Monday morning. I'd not even sat up and was already about to write the whole day off as a gloomy affair, riddled with difficulties. I started on my Cape Canaveral countdown routine of counting down from ten to one before lifting myself out of bed. I got to about eight and caught sight of this box on the top of my wardrobe. I must have looked at it many times before but today, I'd noticed the smile on it. It had been used to carry two pairs of old trainers from Germany a few months earlier. Just a standard old box. But a smiling one. As soon as I saw it, it made me smile. For three days actually. When I look at it now, I imagine it, traveling by plane, train and Post office van from Germany to the top of my wardrobe. With that expression.

'Fast Car' stolen from photographer, David Haydock

Not a lot is needed to be said on this one. Simply stunning timing and effects.

'Slow Life' by Christian

This was taken 17 October 2009 at the Pritchard-Jones Hall in Bangor to celebrate 125th year of the University. This photo was taken when my two mates decided they were too pissed to continue watching and wanted food instead. I decided to head to the front, go nuts, and take some photos. Here is the best I took.

'Walking Through The Door To Paradise' by Jake Hall

Taken on Meeru, in the Maldives. We arrived in Meeru at two o clock in the morning, to rain and wind. Woke up in the morning to look out of my bed at this. Paradise!

'The Things You See Through a Grubby Window.....' by Gemma Wynne

This photo was taken on a bus bound out of NYC - it was taken through a dirty bus window but still looks amazing. Note that its not the sun you see shining but a reflection of the flash from my camera - still wouldn't photoshop it out though - pretty cool x sis x
